Mosaik offers serviced apartments with sizes between 30 and 125 m2. Customers have the choice between one-room studios or suites with one or two bedrooms and we also offer a large penthouse with two bed and bathrooms,
an impressive, spacious living and dining room and a private elevator connection.

All our apartments are very elegantly furnished and decorated with beautiful art. The equipment used in bathrooms and kitchens is state-of-the-art. The safety of our customers is secured with top standard security systems including camera controlled entrances, which allow our customers the look on a visitor at the entrance door before opening the door and we also have a full time guard service. For your valuables every room is equipped with an electronic safe.

Mosaik apartments all have air condition, cable TV and DVD player, high speed internet connection, telephone with international access, a modern kitchen with refrigerator and stove and private balconies.

All DELUXE STUDIOS, PRESTIGE STUDIOS, DELUXE SUITES and PRESTIGE SUITES as well as the PENTHOUSE are located in the main Mosaik Building or the new Mosaik II building. Both buildings are equipped with in total four modern elevators which ensure a very comfortable access to all floors.Our STANDARD STUDIOS and STANDARD SUITES are
located in two separate buildings right across from the main Mosaik building. These buildings have only stairways but
no elevators.
